Thailand's Songkran Festival

     Today I watched a podcast called Thailand's Songkran Festival on the website. I learned a lot about cultures. For example, there are similarities and differences between Japan and Thailand. Both Japanese people and Thai often bring some gifts when they visit other people's houses. Also, they respect ages better than people in other countries. Also, there are differences between Japan and Thailand. Thai respect their family better than Japanese people. This is because they have more family members than us. The differences and similarities make me interested. So, please look it up!

  I want to visit the Parthenon in Greece. The Parthenon is one of the Acropolis of Athens which is registered as a world heritage site. The pillars of the Parthenon incorporate entasis and the number of them is 46. Originally, the temple was more gorgeous, but it is destroyed by the Venetian army in 1687.      A lot of Japanese enjoy Christmas and Christmas Eve. But what is Christmas and Christmas Eve, originally? Originally, Christmas is the day when Catholics celebrate Christ's birthday. And according to one theory, Christmas derives from Christ and mass. Mass is the place where Catholics gather and pray.        Next, Christmas Eve means the evening of 24 December. This is because Eve derives from "even" and even is an archaic word of "Evening". So, Christmas Even started from the evening of 24 December. My favorite piece of artwork

     I have been to the art museums many times with my parents since I was in elementary school. So, I like to see a piece of artwork so much and even now, I sometimes see artworks. And my favorite piece of artwork is "Woman with a Parasol". This is drawn by Claud Monet. Maybe I see the art at a museum in Japan several years ago. It was very beautiful and great. There are also a lot of other great artworks drawn by Monet. So, please look it up!
